“ I signed up for a personal training program in April (2019) with Maria. After beginning training with her, the first couple of months were pretty hard. After 9 months, I went from not being able to do even ONE body push-up, to doing 25 weighted push up (10 reps), 120 lbs chest presses, 150 back squats, and chin-ups and started getting into HIIT training. The strength that I have right now makes my life much easier. I work better, have better sleep, and stand straight, not to mention fix my back pain 80% (this is the biggest concern I have when I started to go to the gym). I went from 150 lbs weighted with 28% fat to 140lbs with 20% fat.
